Qualifications
Obtained both a Degree in Law and in Economics and Business Management from the Complutense University in Madrid. Economist and Lawyer.
Career
He began his professional career in 1981 at Arthur Andersen, where after two years of auditing he joined the Tax department and specialized in family business, consolidation of corporate groups and international taxation. In 1982 he completed a Master’s Degree in Tax Law, participating as of this date in various courses and seminars.
Member of the Institute of Statutory Auditors of Spain and the Official Register of Auditors.
In 1989 he joined Banco Inversión as a member of its Board of Directors, assuming responsibility for tax advice to clients, and the design and organization of M&Aoperations. In the financial area he has been a member of the board of directors of several IIC. .
In 1991 he promoted the consulting firm S.C.D. Sociedad Consultora de Dirección S.A., a company dedicated to business advice, being responsible for the legal-tax area until 1999. In 1992 he joined the Board and Executive Committee of Bancoval, S.A.
In 1999 he joined Daya Abogados.
